The job

Don’t worry. As Cadpeople’s new Unity3D Developer, you will not be writing ones and zeros. You will primarily be developing augmented and virtual reality experiences for our visual communication solutions. You will be part of an ambitious team of frontend and backend developers, creatives, and project managers.

Hopefully, you can see yourself in most of the following:

• You have experience with Unity3D in C#
• You are skilled in mathematics
• You have experience with app development for iPad, VR, AR, and touch screens
• You have professional experience from a similar position

In addition, familiarity with the following is an advantage:

• .Net applications
• System architecture
• Shader programming
• 3D modelling

About you

Ready to hear more about yourself? Other than being an expert in various applications and programming languages, we value your human qualities. We would like for our new Unity3D Developer to be a person that takes responsibility – not only for their own tasks but for the team as a whole.

In the long term, we think this person could grow to be a mentor for our more junior developers in the role of a Tech Lead.

“Tech Lead?” you may be thinking right now. A Tech Lead is the person with the big picture of the team’s activities, and they lead the development of our technical solutions. Therefore, we are looking for a person who is not put off by curious or confused looks from colleagues, or a tap on the shoulder every now and then.
