Travel to events and on-site installations is required, often on weekends.

You will be responsible for projects from concept to completion, delivered on time and within budget. Scoping projects, developing and monitoring budgets and schedules, managing internal and client stakeholders, and maintaining up-to-date reporting on all your jobs will be a regular part of your day. You are hands-on, highly organized and an excellent communicator with a cool head under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Simultaneously oversee a range of interactive projects, often as both producer and client manager.
  • Foster and maintain successful relationships with clients and alliance partners.
  • Ensure that the client’s expectations and budget/time constraints are adequately balanced. You understand that sometimes you need to say no to a client, and you know how to do so with tact and diplomacy.
  • Report to Managing Director on progress, issues and risks.
  • Prepare thorough and accurate proposals, documentation and recommendations for clients.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, schedules and resource plans for production.
  • Oversee project documentation: wireframes, user flows, tech/functional specs, change requests etc.

Skills:

  • Strong client or account management experience with excellent client facing skills.
  • Competent understanding of computer hardware and other types of equipment used for interactive installations.
  • Have a good understanding of development platforms and UI best practice, but also able to translate this knowledge to clients.
  • High level of problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to adapt to areas outside current expertise.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to keep a cool head under pressure.
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle several jobs of differing scope and budget at once.
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven and highly organized.
  • Hands-on experience as an interactive developer or interactive designer is preferred but not essential.
