The Opportunity:

An early-stage, healthcare AI startup seeks a cofounder to help transform the startup into an operating company. You will be part of the founding team for a healthcare Augmented Reality / Artificial Intelligence startup transforming virtual medical exams.

We are looking for a dedicated, hands-on, and extremely entrepreneurial individual with a zeal for helping to improve healthcare. Either a technical or non-technical cofounder, but must be comfortable going 0 to 1. Prefer experience in startups and domain expertise in healthcare.   

About ARViE:

Augmented Reality Virtual Examination (“ARViE”) is a virtual examination platform that allows for a preliminary medical exam that guides patients via AR video and voice commands that are dictated by algorithms and AI machine learning. ARViE is incubated within the ScaleHealth ecosystem and has a leading team of product development, UI/UX designers, software engineering experts, and medical professionals on its advisory board.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Passionate about HealthTech and making patient experience great
• Lead research through consultations with industry experts and potential customers
• Define go-to-market strategy for the company
• Develop product market fit analysis and financial model in support of the business
• Own core company functions including product, growth, and business development, for initial phases of the business
• Partner closely with ScaleHealth and strategic advisors

Minimum Qualifications:

• Self-starter who will thrive in an ambiguous startup environment
• Healthcare background

Preferred Qualifications & Prior Experience:

• Have a startup mindset. Previous startup experience or business experience is a plus. Ready to work in a small early-stage startup
• Demonstrated experience finding product market kit and leading teams
• Fundraising or accelerator experience
• Obsessed with working on healthcare problems you are interested in solving

Equity Participation & Compensation:

This is an entrepreneurial opportunity where the compensation is primarily based on equity participation. We offer stock equity/options upfront and vesting. ARVIE is currently fundraising and post fundraising there would be a base salary along with the equity participation.
