KPMG is currently seeking a Sr Associate in Technology Enablement for our Consulting practice.

Responsibilities
  • Lead technical risk assessments for consumer IoT products and solutions in the Emerging Technology space
  • Manage the relationship with technical groups such as software engineering, security engineering and technical program managers
  • Assess and enforce compliance with risk management requirements in the consumer IoT products space
  • Design, document and test risks and controls associated with emerging products and complex technology stacks and provide progress reports and project risks to a mixed audience of technical and business leaders
  • Evaluate consumer IoT products attack surface and perform threat modeling exercises to identify and mitigate risks
  • Continuous research and involvement in Firm-led efforts related to Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR) capabilities
Qualifications
  • Minimum three years of recent experience managing multiple concurrent projects / workstreams with distributed teams and leveraging best-suited methodologies and practices
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent work experience
  • Experience assessing architecture and security features of consumer IoT devices
  • Knowledge of mobile devices architecture and attacks; Android OS stock hardening and customization strategy is considered a plus
  • General understanding of metaverse concepts and the disrupting factors in the XR space
  • Software Engineering background is preferred and considered a plus
  • Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements
