LIME Painting of Saint Louis is looking to hire a Virtual Reality Consultant. The position has a base salary, uncapped commissions structure, and profit sharing benefits. This position will predominantly fulfill our sales role but have the General Manager responsibilities as well. It’s an opportunity that allows for the challenge of a sales role but provides immediate career advancement via our GM hybrid role. LIME's high ticket sales role is a consultative and relational approach with no hard close requirements. Rather, our sales consultants work with homeowners, builders, realtors, property managers, and other professionals in the high-end residential and commercial markets to educate, advise, and deliver a world class customer experience.

Position Highlights:

  • $40,000 Base Salary (realistic opportunity to make an excess of $75,000/year)

LIME Sales Roles:

  • Field Sales
  • In-home presentations
  • Assess properties for need and solutions
  • Advise clients in an in-home consultative role
  • Audit services for delivery of promises
  • Coordinate with clients and production team (consists of a Production Manager & Crew Foreman)
  • Develop & manage a sales territory
  • Receive written and video reviews
  • Sales portfolio consists of about 70% personal lead generation and 30% leads provided

LIME's hiring process is competitive and selective. Opening to be filled and will begin full time employment in January of 2022.

Training at LIME Elite Academy in Denver, CO is required and dates are December 13th-17th

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
