About The Role
We're seeking a Senior Product Manager. In this role you will help define, execute, and deliver a product roadmap for our AR Consumer team. You will develop and execute product roadmaps and features based on team strategy and vision.
Key Responsibilities
Work with the Head of Product, CEO and Creative team to gather requirements
Discovery--Identify needs, opportunities, and gaps, and execute product strategy, roadmap, and features for the Consumer-facing team.
Based upon the above create compelling use case definitions that are actionable directly into our user experience design and engineering workflows.
Planning: Work with Project Manager(s) and Engineering lead(s) to define success criteria, goals, and metrics.
Development: Create the mockups, work to refine specs.
Develop consumer testing plan with QA.
Drive documentation: You’ll have a technical writer to help, but you need to drive and be the glue around maintaining current product specs, UX flows, meeting notes, etc.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product or program management, business development or technology
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of product development.
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with machine learning including NLU
- Familiarity with augmented reality
- Experience with games or similar 3D software creations
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and driving innovation on behalf of internal and external customers
- Comfortable assessing and taking risks
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
- Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs, and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners
- High attention to detail including precise and effective stakeholder communication, and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Project management experience a plus
