Immersive Designer

Key Role

Serve as an agile designer with the design expertise needed to help solve our client’s toughest problems. Collaborate with fellow designers, artists, engineers, and producers to create engaging experiences across desktop, mobile, virtual reality, and augmented reality platforms. Generate flexible designs that can be modified and tailored based on client feedback and in-house testing results. Playtest and provide feedback on a wide variety of products through all stages of production. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

Basic Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience with designing games or applications, including Unity or Unreal
  • Experience with UI/UX design
  • Experience with VR and AR technologies
  • Ability to script simple behaviors and mechanics
  • Ability to create clear and concise, visually oriented design materials that explain mechanics, systems, and features
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • HS diploma or GED and 2+ years of experience with immersive design or Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications
  • Experience with designing operational activities or modeling and simulation visualizations
  • Experience with Jira and Plastic
  • Experience with Unity Reflect, Pixyz, or Perspective
  • Experience with Autodesk Revit, Esri or AEC industry toolsets
  • Ability to work on several different projects simultaneously

Compensation

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is $62,000 to $86,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
