What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking an energetic, self-starting Production Coordinator to join the growing Camera IQ family. This is a high-growth opportunity in an exciting emerging industry. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced and fluid environment. You’ll be responsible for supporting the production of AR experiences for some of the biggest media & entertainment companies, record labels and Fortune 500 brands. The ideal candidate will build trusted partnerships with Camera IQ‘s network of AR designers and be comfortable owning digital/social campaign timelines and deliverables. 


Responsibilities:

  • Support the Creative & Production team in delivering an ongoing AR production pipeline by coordinating between our network of freelance production resources  and our internal team, to ensure consistently successful project deliveries.
  • Monitor a high volume of project requests for AR creative services and help to define project scopes, timelines, resource allocation, and budget.
  • Communicate customer direction and feedback to production resources  and ensure detailed direction and changes are being incorporated successfully into deliveries.
  • Maintain a dashboard of our talent network staffing and availability, and actively search for new talent.
  • Verify accuracy of project deliveries, and work with internal stakeholders to source feedback and conduct QA.
  • Maintain and update documentation and process for deliveries. 

 

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 3-5 years relevant post-graduate work experience required, preferably in an agency, corporate, or start-up environment
  • Understand project management methodologies and tools
  • Experience (or passion for) AR technologies
  • Natural at social media and storytelling
  • Can think and act independently within a fast-paced multi-task driven environment.
  • Attention to detail and creative mindset. 
  • Google Suite (Gmail, Slides, Sheets, Docs) proficiency.
  • Familiarity with Adobe CS tools. 

 

Desired Skills

  • Experience producing and budgeting AR/VR/digital/interactive projects
  • 3d experience in file formats and skeleton animation
  • Notion proficiency
