Position: UX Designer
In this position, the UX Designer will support the Lead Product Designer with corporate and product UX design for sales and marketing materials for Dynepic’s DX Platform.
Scope of Work:
- Candidate will be responsible for the corporate and product UX design efforts for websites and mobile applications.
- Candidate will work with key customers to refine DX Platform user interfaces to meet program and platform requirements.
- Candidate will report to Lead Product Designer for guidance and direction
Qualifications:
- Proficient with Figma UX and Prototyping
- Proficient at UX design for mobile applications, websites and web applications
- Able to design within brand standards and adapt guidelines for multimedia content
- Knowledge of human factors engineering design standards and best practices
- Able to explain their decision-making process with a focus on simple intuitive ideas
- Able to collaborate with internal stakeholders to create product marketing sell sheets and pitch decks
- Strong visual design skills and passion for interaction design
- Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a highly technical team
- Must be able to relay product concepts into visually compelling designs
- Ability to create range of low-fidelity designs to hi-fidelity mock-ups and interactive prototypes for phased user testing
- Take direction well and iterate based on feedback, data, and technical constraints
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, a fast-paced environment and take initiative
- Experience in Agile software product delivery
What we’re looking for:
- Ability to gain US secret security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or similar field
- Figma Portfolio showcasing UX design abilities
- Experience in Agile software product delivery
- Strong communication skills and go-getter/driven mentality
- Self-starter with ability to work remotely
- 3+ years of hands-on digital design and brand development
