Position Overview

Mursion’s business is growing rapidly and we are seeking a Client Operations Manager to provide critical data, process, and coordination support to the client success function. The ideal candidate will have experience using agile principles to streamline processes, be able to tell a story through data and be skilled at cross-functional coordination and communication. This person should be a systems-thinker, a self-starter, highly organized and a strong collaborator. This position is a full-time, salaried position.


Responsibilities


Client Success Enablement

  • Partner cross-functionally to identify gaps, gather data, and build timelines for project execution
  • Become an expert on the systems and platforms we use and partner with teams to train and onboard incoming new hires
  • Create client FAQs in collaboration with the Client Success team for seamless client support
  • Implement process optimization, automation, and system improvements to drive efficiency


Product Coordination

  • Support strategic product rollouts; create operations readiness plan for new features and releases
  • Streamline product-related client-facing materials from pre-sale to post-delivery
  • Pull data on active and pipeline clients for Product rollouts and meet with the client success team to determine client timelines
  • Collaborate with the product team to develop strategies for streamlining the release process
  • Engage with stakeholders to determine the root cause of issues and propose solutions
  • Streamline client-facing onboarding materials from pre-sale to post-delivery

Qualifications:

  • 3 years work experience working with a Product team on releases in a customer service setting
  • Solid written & verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Detail-oriented
  • Proactive self-starter
  • Experience in a tech start-up
