We are looking for a highly motived Senior Sales / Contract Administrator who will be based out of our Irvine, CA office. You will be an integral member of the Light & Motion Sales organization supporting key customer accounts. This is the role for you if you are passionate about providing an exception customer experience!

What you will do is:


  • Maintain new and existing orders, which includes expediting orders, preparing written quotes, proactively contacting customers, setting up new customers, and working with Key Account Managers for follow-up on quotes
  • Forecast and analyze; you’ll be communicating and interpreting information to the operations team
  • Create and coordinate bookings and sales analysis reports, along with keeping teams up-to-date on weekly data
  • Work with specific account managers, maintaining and enforcing customer contracts/agreements

What you will bring to the team, along with your curiosity and customer service focus is:


  • 5+ years of experience with contract administration and/or customer service within a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and timely follow-up is key
  • Strong interpersonal skills enabling you to engage with just about anyone is important
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with SAP are preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce and Ariba would be a plus
