We are looking for an exceptional Senior Manager, Materials who will oversee the planning, master scheduling, capacity planning and flow of materials and products according to company needs and customer requirements. What you will do is:

  • Develop and utilize capacity models to properly size and manage demand and supply
  • Lead and be accountable for master scheduling, MPS and order fulfillment effectiveness to customer delivery requirements
  • Facilitate S&OP planning cycles to establish and drive aligned plans across the business, operations, finance and purchasing
  • Manage inventory turns / days sales of inventory (DSI), Working Capital and reduce excess and obsolete inventory
  • Direct production planning and scheduling based on sales forecasts
  • Maintain inventory levels to ensure deliveries occur within customer timelines
  • Drive WIP reduction an accuracy through LEAN initiatives


What will you bring to the team is:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of experience in master scheduling, planning and materials management
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets to create a strategic materials plan
  • Experience in SAP or another ERP system, is preferred
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the proven ability to work well with all levels of management and staff
  • Experience managing direct reports by aligning goals with organizational needs and ensuring execution
