Immersive Designer, Senior
Key Role
Use game design expertise, instructional systems design, audio and video skills, and interaction design techniques to create immersive experiences using augmented, virtual, simulated, and mixed-reality technologies. Apply advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise to consult on various projects. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and may supervise team members. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in designing games or applications with Unreal or Unity
- Experience with UI/UX design and implementation
- Experience with VR and AR technologies
- Experience in leading project teams comprised of artists, designers, and developers
- Experience in project planning, including creating product pitches, gathering requirements, estimating level of effort, and determining milestones
- Ability to script behaviors and mechanics
- Ability to create clear and concise, visually oriented design materials that explain mechanics, systems, and features
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications
- Experience with designing operational experiences or modeling and simulation visualizations
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Plastic
- Experience with Unity Reflect, Pixyz, or Prespective
- Experience with Autodesk Revit, Esri, or AEC industry toolsets

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 76,000 to 110,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
