Facebook Reality Labs Research (FRL Research) brings together a world-class team of researchers, developers, and engineers to create the future of augmented and virtual reality, which together will become as universal and essential as smartphones and personal computers are today. And just as personal computers have done over the past 45 years, AR and VR will ultimately change everything about how we work, play, and connect.

The FRL Research Audio team aims to fundamentally transform the human experience through audio innovation. We are creating virtual sound that is perceptually indistinguishable from reality and redefining human hearing. We research and invent technologies related to sound capture, acoustic scene understanding, psychoacoustics, hearing, sound propagation, audio rendering, the hardware breakthroughs necessary to power these technologies, and much more. The discoveries we make inform immersive and ubiquitous AR and VR products across Facebook<![CDATA[Facebook Facebook is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the VP of Internal Audit as well as an additional Director. The person in this role will need to be a masterful problem-solver and an organizational force given complex calendaring and heavy travel planning. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have project management, communication skills, and will be resourceful in building relationships across the larger Facebook ecosystem. This position is full-time.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings for multiple executives
  • Manage dynamic, time-sensitive, and complex calendars
  • Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Manage schedule, structure, agenda and follow-up of multiple recurring team meetings
  • Build cross-functional relationships between departments
  • Coordinate across the extended cross-functional & regional teams
  • Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions
  • Organize space planning and large offsite events
  • Contribute to admin activities within the team that include team meetings and events
  • Support management of various projects within the team
  • General office duties as needed
Minimum Qualification
  • 4+ years of experience providing administrative support to 1 or more executives
  • 4+ years of experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of 1 or more executives
  • 4+ years of calendar management and expense report management experience for 1 or more executives
  • Experience prioritizing multiple projects
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualification
  • BA/BS
