General Summary
Qualcomm's in-house Game Studio is seeking an experienced engineer to develop high end, UE4 based games and gaming technology showcases for our premium tier Snapdragon platforms. This is a unique opportunity to develop content for cutting-edge pre-commercial hardware, across mobile, PC, XR, and other emerging gaming platforms.

Our highly creative teams are full of veteran game developers, artists, game engine experts and graphics enthusiast who work on our latest GPU and gaming hardware innovations around mobile, PC, and XR.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Proficient in C/C++
- Expertise working with Unreal Engine 4 (Blueprint and C++ interfaces)
- Solid 3D graphics related mathematics background
- Experience with gameplay programming, and game design
- Knowledge of Android OS and Android application development
- Familiarity with HW profilers and debuggers such as Snapdragon Profiler, RenderDoc, Pix, NSight, etc…
- Comfortable working with unfamiliar, large multi-million-line code bases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated
Physical Requirements
- Frequently transports between offices, buildings, and campuses up to ½ mile.
- Frequently transports and installs equipment up to 5 lbs.
- Performs required tasks at various heights (e.g., standing or sitting). Monitors and utilizes computers and test equipment for more than 6 hours a day.
- Continuous communication which includes the comprehension of information with colleagues, customers, and vendors both in person and remotely.
