As an exceptional Principal Document Control Specialist you will manage the Change Management System and Product Design Record control responsibilities. You are an individual who thinks in broad terms (systems thinking), takes responsibility for your assignments, and collaborates with all levels of the company staff.


What you will do:

· Manage the timely processing of complete and accurate Change Orders in the Agile PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system.

· Ensure changes comply with company Quality Management System procedures, regulatory requirements and maintain data integrity through all aspects of the change process.

· Coordinate and assign documentation approvals.

· Execute data verification in the Oracle ERP system.

· Liaison with Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to understand scope of changes and downstream impacts.

· Lead Change Control Board (CCB) meetings to inform and get approval from key stakeholders on requested changes.

· Ensure product BOM data in the PLM system is accurately maintained throughout new product development phases.

· Execute process and tools continuous improvement projects and other productivity related projects.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

· Experience with Agile PLM, Oracle ERP or equivalent systems

· Experience working in a regulated environment, preferably within Product Manufacturing

· Knowledge of ISO 9001 documentation requirements

· Understanding of Engineering BOM and Manufacturing BOM structures and best practices

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Self-starter disposition with ability to multi-task, organize / prioritize work effectively to meet Team goals

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat applications


This position offers a hybrid work option for days split onsite in Andover and days working remotely.
