We are growing our services team to build a new set of back-end services for our products and are looking for Senior Software Engineer to join our cross-discipline development team.

The person we are looking for is highly motivated to deliver solutions to customers by working collaboratively with PMs, Designers and the rest of the engineering team to implement best in class features and help define application architecture. They will be able to apply their deep experience of software development to deliver continuous improvements to quality and efficiency in a regularly updated application.

Responsibilities
  • Architect, develop, deploy, and maintain features for Dynamics 365 Guides and Remote Assist, using Azure services and the Dynamics Power Platform.
  • Use your enterprise experience to architect solutions that are enterprise secure, performant, cost effective and scalable.
  • Support the product features and services by proactively identifying and fixing bugs, resolving customer support issues, and work with the team to ensure we meet our service SLAs.
  • Collaborate with a cross-discipline teams in Atlanta GA, Vancouver BC and Redmond WA to leverage and expand the functionality of existing tech through Mixed Reality and Microsoft services.
  • Mentor and act as a role model for junior and intermediate developers.
  • Demonstrate technical leadership by identifying and filling gaps, defining architecture, and writing high-quality code.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of professional software development.
  • C# .NET proficiency.
  • Solid grasp of software engineering best practices.
  • Experience architecting, developing, deploying and supporting enterprise cloud applications (e.g. Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
  • Solid understanding of enterprise security and privacy requirements for cloud services
  • Solid understanding of identity-based security principles for services (e.g. Azure Active Directory, AWS identity)
  • Experience with application cluster deployments (e.g. Azure Service Fabric, Kubernetes)
  • Experience working through the full product cycle from initial design to final product.
  • Excellent judgment, decision making skills, and prioritization skills.
  • BSc degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience/education.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Agile methodology experience.
  • Experience building, integrating, or customizing Dynamics 365 or other CRM applications
  • Experience working with the Dynamics Common Data Service or Customer Engagement.
  • Experience with the Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Flow), including experience building PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) controls.
  • Experience with enterprise database deployments and workflows
  • Experience working in large teams with modern version control systems like Git.
  • Excellent presentation skills and experience of presenting to developers up to senior management.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable dealing with the ambiguity of V1 and incubation work.
Bonus Experience
  • Experience with MR/VR/AR technologies.
  • UWP (Universal Windows Platform) development experience.
