As Sr. Product Manager at TRIPP, you will be responsible for leading the development of clinical solutions, consumer experiences, and new product features that create the next generation of wellness and personal transformation technology. As Product Manager, you will drive the product vision to execution by working closely with executives, engineers, and creatives to define product requirements, coordinate resources, and guide the team through key milestones. You will also be responsible for identifying and tracking key performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution of new products, features, and tools in our VR, AR, and mobile platforms
• Drive product ideation and requirements definition, create PRD’s, collaborate with art and engineering teams to drive technical and creative development, and collaborate with the marketing team to drive the launch of new products and features
• Define metrics that inform the success of products
• Analyze metrics, customer support issues, and market trends into product requirements to improve product satisfaction
• Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm

Primary Skills and Qualifications:

• 4+ years product management experience with 2+ years of experience on software and/or developer platforms
• Self-starter who can manage large cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver results with limited supervision
• Strong ability to both grasp the bigger picture as well as dive into the details
• Experience managing delivery of at least 1 hardware/software product
• Experience managing and overseeing multiple ongoing initiatives simultaneously
• Cross-functional communication and collaboration experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Secondary Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science or related field, and 2+ years experience as a software engineer
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Slack
• Experience delivering products with new technology introduction
• Experience working in growing computing ecosystems
• Experience in thinking strategically and execute methodically
