The Business Systems Analyst supports the development, implementation and usage of information technology and management information systems within the ServiceNow suite. Working in partnership with the business process owners, super-users, and end-users, ensure full adoption, effective usage, and efficient deployment of our IT solutions. Effectively manage the change control process, gathering the end-user requirements, and communicating IT priorities and delivery status to the business. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for application development and integration. This is a highly technical role that needs to cross configuration and development aspects of the ServiceNow platform.


***This role can be remote for US based candidates, or offers a hybrid work option for days remote and onsite at our Andover, MA office.


Major Duties and Responsibilities:

· Provide IT Service functional support leveraging business process and ServiceNow configuration and optimal usage expertise

· Provide ServiceNow technical support leveraging technical design, application development, and application integration

· Collaborate with IT organization in the global design, configuration, development, and deployment of the organization's ServiceNow suite

· Support the IT end-user community by providing research, analysis and problem resolution to team members.

· Liaise with various business groups in the organization to facilitate cross-functional implementation of new or improved business process requirements for all IT-related business, systems critical to core organizational functions.

· Provide consultation and second tier application and training support to staff on issues to ensure compliance

· Provide input into the IT Roadmap, including the ServiceNow rollout, implementation of new modules, and major upgrades

· Effective management of internal client services - which allows all users to address questions, report problems, and submit requests related to IT production.

· Using analytical, consultative and communication skills, gather and document business requirements


What you will bring to the team, along with your curiosity ​and creativity:

·Minimum 4 years technical IT experience, preferably in high-tech manufacturing

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or other four-year degree focusing on information technology is preferred. ServiceNow and/or ITIL certifications are a plus

· ServiceNow administration and implementation experience with a strong preference for core Change Management functionality

· Strong Understanding of the core ITSM suite (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) as well as experience with others (ITBM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, Service Portal)

· ServiceNow development and integration experience

· Full knowledge of Systems Life Cycle development methodologies
