We are currently looking for a hardworking Recruiter to join our Boise, ID site. As a Technician Recruiter, you will be sourcing and placing individuals in a variety of technician roles and owning end-to-end recruiting activities.
You will work closely with hiring managers providing expertise to build job descriptions, define job specifications, job duties and qualifications.
In this role you will demonstrate a strong ability to collaborate, consult and advise hiring managers and the leadership team on recruiting strategy, tactics, processes, and standard methodologies.
Specific job responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to:
- Recruit & deliver highly qualified external candidates against open positions, drawing upon consulting skills and staffing expertise to recommend the best course of actions to recruit, assess, select, and hire
- Partner with hiring teams, management, and leadership to meet business hiring requirements
- Use a wide variety of sourcing techniques, tools, technology, and networks
- Direct and handle excellent communication with external candidates to provide a world-class interview experience
- Ability to support recruiting for multiple locations as needed
- Plan, prepare, and represent Micron at industry and college recruiting events to attract talent and build the Micron employer brand
Candidates For This Position Will
- Be a bold, energetic, and motivated professional with 5+ years recruiting experience
- Have experience recruiting for highly skilled engineers and technicians for semiconductor or related industries
- Have the ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize multiple requisitions
- Have excellent customer focus and ability to engage and influence hiring teams, management, leadership effectively
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence, and have effective cross-team collaboration skills
- Have the desire to research and stay current on meaningful technical and memory/semiconductor business activities
- Be proficient in MS Office products and ATS systems
Education
Bachelors in Human Resources, Business, Technical/Engineering or related field of study (preferred)
