Payment solutions are needed in various industry verticals that Unity is supporting, starting with video games in which multiple methods are supported ranging from subscription, download, micro-transactions, and also further innovation in the decentralized digital asset ownership space / NFT. Unity’s goal is to support a broad range of global payment offerings such that all developers will have access to safe, secure, streamlined transaction systems in which utility for players / end-customers will be at the heart of what we do.

You will lead a growing team of highly dedicated product leaders to deliver tangible, impactful payment solutions for our creators. In addition to delivering vision for the payment offering, picking the right branch of development and product form factor for payment solutions will be part of the key responsibility as we are growing our offerings in this area.

Finally, you will be relied upon for thought leadership, go-to-market strategy, and connecting development with customer needs to transform what payment solutions could become to not just better support the current market but also innovate ahead of the curve to produce innovative payments technologies.

What You’ll Be Doing

• An opportunity to grow and form a team of product leaders that will define the next generation set of requirements and vision to reinvent, innovate, and deliver new solutions
• Encourage a group of cross-functional leadership teams and influence executive leadership in the long-term growth plan in the payment sector
• Actively promote discussion with internal partners who have vested interest in payments technology or pioneering technologies in NFT/Crypto/New Player Economy
• Actively drive contribution towards the sector through inquisitive build/buy/partner investment strategies, with direct accountability towards dynamic growth
• Use existing technologies ranging from transaction SDK to cloud backend transaction catalog to complete the payment stack offering
• Drive product vision, design, and development processes to establish a user-first development culture
  

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive experience in strategy, innovative technologies, with a proven track record in launching something new with agility
• Experience in managing product managers or other technical personnel
• Influence executive leaderships across various business units in payment technology partnership, as well as co-development, to tackle the biggest movement in a constantly evolving landscape
• Agile and adaptable, capable in issuing strategic product directions in context of a morphing landscape
• Comfortable in C-suite presentations and big group partner management
• Excellent cross-functional communication skill and work ethics to collaborate with engineering, product marketing, sales, and other Unity teams to drive successful releases
