Job Description

Reporting to the Lead Coach, the Coach role will follow program guidelines to build relationships with members through 1:1 coaching appointments and asynchronous messaging. Coaches will guide members through our VR therapy care pathways.

Day-to-day tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Evaluating member needs & deploy Rey's VR therapies
• Educating, guiding, and supporting members in their VR experience
• Communicating with therapists when case consultation is needed
• Providing virtual coaching to members via Zoom calls
• Building strong, lasting relationships with members
• Following established coaching workflows and SOPs including:
• Outreach via SMS (text)
• Listen, coach, set goals, track habits, and encourage
• Problem troubleshooting, resolution, and/or escalation
• Documentation requirements
• Collaborating across all Care Teams (Wellness Advocates, Coaches, and Therapists) to maintain and improve workflows & standard operating procedures (what's working, what's not working?)

Key Skills:

• Have a coaching certification (such as Integrative Health Coach, Life Coach Certification, Personal Coach Certification)
• An understanding of CBT, positive psychology, behavior change, and motivation.
• Experience working as a coach. Bonus points if you have experience with or are certified in Behavioral Health Coaching, Cognitive Behavioral Coaching, or something similar.
• A passion for working in the behavioral health field and impacting the lives of others with empathy and emotional intelligence
• Familiarity with an EHR, medical office process, or similar.
• Experience working with worry & rumination, attention training, social engagement, or phobias (e.g., fear of heights) is a plus.
• Readiness to learn! You'll have some tech savviness coupled with an interest in learning the ropes of new technologies.
• Detail-oriented mindset. Member records need to be handled meticulously. Each small part of a workflow exists for a reason and impacts the member's experience!

This is a fully remote position and will require a personal workspace with a moderate level of privacy as you will be working with Protected Health Information (PHI) and taking member calls. Core working hours will be approximately 9a - 5p Central Time.

Starting Annual Base Salary - $45-55K
