Software Engineer II - VR/AR Software

What You’ll Do
  • Develop Augmented and Virtual Reality Applications to promote company products or improve product development efficiency.
  • Develop, test, and integrate scripts in C#/C++ to support VR/AR projects.
  • Work alongside the eXtended Reality Group (XRG) to support new VR/AR projects.
  • Work closely with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects. May work with classified documents which requires thorough knowledge of DoD procedures for the proper usage and safeguarding of classified information.
  • Perform software engineering activities leveraging agile practices using the latest open source software development and engineering tools.
  • Maintain and update required records and reports.
  • Present and resolve any technical program difficulties or discrepancies with the team, customers, and subcontractors in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the SBU/SSU and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.
What You’ll Need
  • BS degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical field is required plus 5 or more years related experience.
Each higher-level related degree, i.e., Master’s Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of related experience. Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of
