We are looking for a Producer to join our team, working alongside our Marketing and Production teams. We’re looking for candidates who fit our unique, caring company culture. The ideal candidate has extensive success on large projects for games, film, Virtual Reality experiences, marketing, or enterprise software. This candidate must be able to work closely with Marketing and Production teams to help us keep our projects moving efficiently, so we can communicate the value of our surgical training to enterprise partners and health care professionals. A strong candidate is organized, pragmatic, diplomatic, and focused on achieving good results with humane, scalable processes.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Partnering with Marketing to develop project plans
• Providing management with budget and schedule estimates for individual projects, and balancing overall schedules, including parallel projects
• Advocating for, and contributing to, realistic scheduling and resource allocation
• Tracking release progress, and communicating regularly with stakeholders
• Maintaining our project schedules and keeping them visible
• Serving as one of the primary Marketing department contacts for non-creative issues during production, tracking and reporting progress and tradeoffs needed to ensure delivery
• Improving systems for release tracking and management 
• Communicating staffing requests related to incoming project estimates
• Driving information capture and team communication, with active participation in stand-ups, meetings, reviews, etc.
• Collaborating cross-functionally 

This is the right opportunity for you if you:

• Have a proven record of success working as a Producer/Senior Program Manager on several major projects
• Have a proven track record with project estimation and scheduling
• Have experience with project and production management tools, including JIRA, JIRA Advanced Roadmaps, Gantt Charts etc.
• Are able to run meetings, capture and catalog accurate information, and exit with action items for the group
• Are a self starter, able to perform multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Are empathetic, compassionate, and motivated by mission-based work
• Have experience working successfully on a remote team 
• Have previous experience with Agile development
• Have excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Are interested in and passionate about Virtual Reality and the medical space
• Are willing and able to view videos of graphic surgical procedures, as needed
• Are willing and able to use Virtual Reality headsets

Preferred qualifications:

• Scrum certified
