Joining Rotor will not be like any other job:

• An exceptional leadership and engineering team
• Work at our Nashua, NH HQ located 50 minutes from Cambridge/Boston, MA
• Reside onsite from Monday to Friday at company accommodation in Nashua, NH and become an integral part of a close-knit high performance team
• Deployment and test missions across the US and internationally
• 20 hours of helicopter flight training/year provided for all employees
• Fast 10-week engineering cycles with a full week of vacation at the end of each one (total 7 weeks of vacation per year)
• Employee stock option program

We are looking for:

• Passionate engineers who want to build impactful products that will change the world
• Must have a degree in STEM field
• Must have GPA over 3.5/4.0 (or demonstrate intellectual exceptionalism in some other way)
• Must be graduating or ready to work in 2021 or 2022
• Must be competent and willing to work very hard
