Your day-to-day responsibilities include:


  • Managing vendor relationships (Sales CRM, CS Platform, Marketing Automation, Finance/Subscription Management, BI)
  • Driving technology improvements through the Salesforce ecosystem and other BI/analytics tools
  • Overseeing Salesforce implementation
  • Collaborating with Osso’s VP of Sales and cross-functional leaders to improve processes & productivity 
  • Building and maintaining dashboards to provide insight into Sales & Marketing performance and activity
  • Driving key projects and initiatives around operations strategy and planning
  • Analyzing data and translating it into actionable deliverables and presentations
  • Improving forecasting capabilities 
  • Providing ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed
  • Handling workflows and automation for sales motion and revenue operations / “quote to cash”
  • Resolving operational inefficiencies that are creating bottlenecks in sales process

  • Have 2+ years of sales operation experience
  • Are an advanced Salesforce user and have been heavily involved with its implementation in the past
  • Are a highly organized self-starter, able to perform multiple tasks with minimal supervision
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Enjoy owning and refining operational processes, procedures, and projects
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment that is regularly growing and evolving


Preferred qualifications:


  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Experience with BI/analytics tools such as Tableau, Looker, etc
  • Experience with eSignature integrations such as Docusign
  • Experience with Customer Success platforms such as Gainsight / ChurnZero 
  • Experience with Marketing Automation platforms such as Hubspot
  • Experience with Finance/Subscription platforms like Zuora 
  • Ability to perform advanced computing functions 
  • Strong project management experience and the ability to deliver on a timeline
