We are adding a dynamic Associate HR Generalist who, working closely with our Massachusetts-based HR team, will proactively support our employees with a focus on our two largest facilities in Massachusetts. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with team members from every function of the assigned Business Units and contribute to day-to-day operational effectiveness of the sites. You will be highly organized to enable management of priorities, committed to detail accuracy and perform independently with minimal guidance. This role will have opportunity for growth and expanded responsibilities and will provide a platform for future development within Human Resources.

As an integral member of our HR Team, you will:


  • Act as the day-to-day HR contact for employees to address questions and issues that arise, providing sound HR guidance and counsel in a responsive and timely manner. Appropriately escalates more complex issues to the HR Business Partner.
  • Conduct New Hire Orientations and continuously improve the onboarding and off-boarding processes. Completes Form I-9’s in a timely manner.
  • Partner with our HR Centers of Excellence (e.g. total rewards/benefits, talent acquisition, talent and org development, communications) serving as the liaison for the site(s) employee population in the roll out of programs and to help address and resolve issues as they arise, ensuring a high quality level of service is provided. Manage leaves of absences for assigned site(s).
  • Assist with employee relations issues and investigations.
  • Perform data reporting and analysis; effectively communicate results in a concise, structured manner.
  • Participate in other site/business related projects and activities as required.

What will you bring to the team, along with your curiosity is:


  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or an associated field with 1-3 years of Human Resources experience is desirable.
  • Working knowledge of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of integrity and ability to work with confidential information.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
