We are looking for an exceptional Director of Program Management to lead the Equipment & Solution Division’s Program Management function. The Director of Program Management ensures all projects are planned, approved, and implemented to meet business objectives, by ensuring adherence to the guidelines and objectives of our New Product Introduction (NPI) process. This role requires the ability to exercise good judgment and decision-making, while weighing the interests of multiple stakeholders in a global business. The Director of Program Management will be responsible for managing a team of Engineering Project Managers and helping them succeed by leveraging project management best practices. This role will also be expected to act in a project management capacity to lead one or more NPI programs, as appropriate.


  • Define and maintain standards for the project management team using PMI guidelines, quality standards, and business requirements to implement projects that meet financial expectations established at project start.
  • Report to executive management on all projects at regular intervals to inform management on status and issues.
  • Oversee all phases of bringing product solutions to market including transitioning technology through each phase of the NPI process from Concept & Feasibility to Beta to full production release.
  • Responsibility spans all functional areas during NPI, and success is measured by commercial acceptance and revenue generated by new products.

  • Prior experience bringing profitable capital equipment technology solutions to market.
  • Organized and collaborative approach to leadership and problem solving.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly developed understanding of finance, operations, project processes and tools.
  • 10+ years of project management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
  • PMP certification preferred.
