What You’ll DoThe Security and Collaborations Group develops enterprise collaboration and security solutions, and is investing heavily to transform the future of workplace experiences for our end users. Our vision is to be the recognized industry leader in the enterprise Security & Collaboration markets. To do this we sustain innovation in our product lines, and develop creative new products for the future that expand and disrupt the market to stay competitive. The Office of the CTO (Chief Technology Officer) is small, global team chartered with crafting the future. The team will experiment and then place deliberate, long term, Horizon 3 bets to develop our next billion-dollar businesses.
In this role, you will create tangible concepts that will substantiate new offerings in our next generation collaboration and security products . The team is a small, highly distributed team and you will be expected to tackle a wide range of tasks from design and development to dev ops.
Who You’ll Work With
The CTO Team is a multi-functional team of software engineers, hardware engineers, architects, business analysts, business development managers, product managers and designers. The team collectively has vast experience in a diverse set of industry leading technology areas. In addition, CTO projects are staffed with domain experts on rotation from other parts of the organization. In this position you will work with this complete multi-functional team to move ideas through the phases of the innovation pipeline.
Required
Who You Are
- Recent hands on experience in developing Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality (AR/VR/XR/MR) applications in 3D using Unity. Preferably for existing headsets such as Oculus Quest2 and/or MagicLeap One or Microsoft HoloLens 2.
- Experience in front-end development for iOS or android (preferably both)
- Experience collaborating with designers
- Expertise in C++, C# and/or Swift
- Experience with modern software development practices including CI/CD
- You have a BS or MS in CS/CE with 3+ years of industry experience
- “Will do anything” to get it done attitude when working with a small team
- Superb communication skills and experience working with remote team members
- Backend experience with GoLang
- Experience with cloud (e.g. K8S, AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with Linux
