We’re looking for a Marketing Manager, AR/Camera to join our Marketing team!

What You’ll Do
  • Manage the process start to finish for crafting strategy, development, testing frameworks, execution, and analysis of performance marketing plans, including organic and paid campaigns, both on- and off-Snapchat
  • Collaborate with the Consumer Insights team to deeply understand the Snapchat and Lens Creator communities, our various audiences, and our brand
  • Partner with the media and growth teams to develop performance-driven media plans that deliver our message effectively
  • Work closely with the Analytics and Data Science teams to monitor, analyze, and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make real-time optimization and forward-looking recommendations
  • Synthesize learnings into actionable insights to shape plans and report findings and best practices to cross-functional teams
  • Develop positioning and messaging for select consumer products and features to be featured in performance campaigns, considering value proposition, target audience, competitive landscape, and other factors
  • Audit the competitive landscape, understand target markets, and identify insights to inform campaign strategies and go-to-market activities
  • Lead by influence and collaborate with internal and external creative teams to bring campaigns, programs, and assets to life
  • Manage and work with cross-functional teams (including design, external agencies, product, and growth stakeholders) to deliver world-class performance marketing communications for a range of initiatives
  • Develop and oversee measurement dashboard for marketing initiatives (e.g., reach/awareness, user behavior, efficiency, and sentiment metrics) in conjunction with consumer insights, growth, comms, data science.

  • Understanding of augmented reality and tools used to develop Lenses / AR Experiences

  • Highly data-driven, possessing strong ability to use insights to build strategies and plans for consumers and creators.
  • Relationship management skills that allow for collaboration and consensus across cross functional teams.

  • Advanced decision-making skills with proven ability to lead, influence, align and inspire teams, including those who are not direct reports

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, strategy, business, communications or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years consumer marketing experience, with prior direct responsibility for developing and coordinating insights-led, impactful paid and organic performance marketing campaigns, delivering results that achieve business objectives
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working directly with creatives, product, and communications teams to partner on campaigns. Able to guide creative input, development and execution from concept to completion.
