We are currently seeking a
OCM Consultant with Pharma/ Biotech Experience to join our team.
(Full Time - Remote)
This position offers ability to learn OCM/Training strategy and execution as well as opportunity to gain deep Life Sciences industry and experience in client facing roles with opportunities to own deliverables and client relationships.

The main responsibilities for this person include:
- Individual contributor role executing on training strategies for technology transformation projects in the life sciences industry. Responsibilities include creating learning needs assessments; training material design, development, & delivery; train-the-trainer activities; learning assessments; and adoption metrics.
- Onboarding to a project, designing & developing training deliverables, planning training delivery, and learning the project solution
The main skills of the person include:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education, Business, Healthcare, Psychology, Leadership, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in organizational change, corporate training, management consulting, or strategic communications
- Experience with technology transformation, life sciences/healthcare industry experience, or communications/ copywriting is an asset
- Knowledge of MS Office is a must
- Knowledge of eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate, Video editing, social media platforms, graphic design is an asset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work independently, fast learner
- Positive attitude, ability to anticipate client needs, organized, ability to collaborate across workstreams
