Lawrence Harvey are currently partnered with a leading Augmented Reality Software business based in California. Together, we are searching for a Computer Vision Leader to head up the Computer Vision and Machine Learning teams.

This organization are bringing Augmented Reality to every smart phone across the globe. They have developed a platform that allows any (smart) device to have the power of Augmented Reality.

We are looking for an experienced professional who has real world experience leading small to mid sized Computer Vision/ Machine Learning teams.

This role will require you to remain hands on, whilst you have leadership responsibilities your main task will be to continue to put products in the market.

We are also looking for someone who has a proven track record taking products through the full cycle and taking them out to market.

The ideal candidate will have a skillset similar to the below:

• Masters at a minimum, PhD would be great. Computer Science or similar.
• Extensive experience working on Computer Vision algorithms. Augmented reality experience will be a bonus.  
• Alongside industry experience, we need someone who understands the Math behind the algorithm as a large part of this role will be developing them from scratch.
• Experience with Deep Learning tools such as Keras, Tensorflow, PyTorch and programming experience in Python/ C++
