Through the Spark AR platform, we aim to discover and fill the meaningful human needs with AR that will be a part of this future. Spark AR is an end-to-end Platform that enables a global community of creators and developers to imagine, create and share Augmented Reality experiences that reach billions of people. On the AR Partnerships team, we are focused on growing and nurturing the ecosystem of creators, developers and businesses making and publishing AR content with Spark technology. These Customers for Spark, include a large and vibrant community of individual creators, established creative agencies and studios, and blue-chip businesses across verticals. Through these relationships, we support their work, growth and engagement with Spark. We are looking for an experienced and talented Strategic Partner Manager to help grow and retain creators in our ecosystem. In doing so, you will work collaboratively across functions to execute a holistic ecosystem strategy that serves all segments of Spark creators. The ideal individual has a background in managing creator or developer programs, is strategic-minded and can bring operational muscle to our operation. As a member of this team, you will work closely with the product and engineering teams focused on AR as well as a cross-functional team that spans Policy, Legal, Marketing, Sales and Operations.

Responsibilities
  • Source and manage relationships with AR Creators
  • Contribute to overall growth strategy for AR Ecosystem
  • Execute programming to brings value into the AR Ecosystem for Creators and Businesses
  • Facilitate monetization opportunities for AR Creators
  • Influence positive sentiment from AR Creators towards Spark AR
Minimum Qualification
  • 5+ years experience with Partnership or Creator/Developer Ecosystems
  • Experience translating developer and startup needs into strategic plans and vice versa
  • Relationship management experience
Preferred Qualification
  • Knowledge of the Augmented ecosystem and Facebook’s positioning
  • Proficiency in the Spark AR Platform
