We are looking for an exceptional Sr. Mgr, Project Engineering who can… 

· Manage and drive enterprise level cross functional projects

· Capitalize on their experience to lead various project type, including technology transfer, business process and continuous improvement

· Interface and communicate with all levels of the enterprise

· Interface and lead teams that include international members


What will you bring to the team, along with your curiosity is: 

· Experience utilizing standard project management tools and methodologies 

· 5 years experience leading international project teams

· Availability to travel up to 25% domestically & internationally

· Bachelor degree or equivalent experience

· Experience leading teams to manage project elements, including scope, schedule, costs and risks

· Proven ability to track and manage project details throughout the lifecycle of the project


In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (EPEWA):

Salary Pay Range: $120,000 - $165,000 per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the salary range for this position, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. 


Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
