Position Overview
This position is a key member of the Pall Life Sciences Technical Documentation & Regulatory Strategy team. The Technical Training Manager (TTM) will develop effective training programs for Pall SUS and filters manufacturing sites to ensure we develop a sustainable workforce that understands the requirements of our customers and be able to provide high quality systems that meet the requirements of our end users.
The TTM will develop training modules for our operators with a high focus on digital training modules (eLearning and VR/MR training). This role will report functionally to the Sales Excellence Director. This global position will require daily interaction with the manufacturing product engineering team, the quality and regulatory team, the Scientific Laboratory Service leaders to ensure that our solution approach is fully represented and the TCRS team.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing training content and training Pall SUT LOB associates and Pall Biopharm associates who require to understand the Biotech cGMP and regulatory environment and how it does affect our end user qualification and selection process plus on going technical and quality support
- Develop technical training content focused on cGMP, validation and regulatory framework and the use of internal documentation system like ACMS for Pall Biotech Associates
- Develop and execute training plans for the trainer team
- Work with the marketing team to develop product/ solution training including at product launch
- Develop interactive workshops based on case studies
- Work on the development of the training platform with Pall Biotech marketing leaders and web team
- Develop marketing approach for validation services with the technical documentation team
- Defining certification training programs for our manufacturing operators and other operation associates
- Developing operation training contents for SUT
- Occasionally development of other training contents to support our customers and associates would be required
- Maintaining and updating the training content to ensure it always fully represents Pall current activities
- Focus on development of innovative e-learning tools as well as VR/MR tools
- Work with decision makers in quality, engineering, marketing and technical support and production
Minimum Qualifications
- BS degree in Life Sciences (Biotech, Biology or Chemistry) or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in GMP manufacturing (quality, production or operator training)
- Experience using the web/e-learning as a training vehicle
- Ability to translate SOP and technical data to training content
- Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Ability to learn and use other software as Storyline and MR/VR
