Job Description

Yahoo Sports connects fans to the sports and fantasy games they love most, providing personalized quality content and superior fan experiences every day.

This producer will play a big factor in Yahoo Sports’ prioritization of betting and NextGen content. They will work closely with the written editorial, video, social and product teams to pitch, develop, edit and produce sports betting videos as well as augmented reality and other NextGen storytelling content.

The ideal candidate should possess a unique view of how users consume content in the digital age, including on mobile, desktop and wearable devices as well as on various platforms like social media and apps. They must be willing to push the boundaries of traditional content while delivering the same amount of information and authenticity as any other piece of content at Yahoo.

Other requirements and responsibilities:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite products including After Effects, Premiere and Photoshop
• Proficiency in Blender 3D and other simple programs
• Assist with editing other video packages including, but not limited to, fantasy football and NFL highlights
• Content and social media strategy around sports betting, including leading meetings and building decks for various projects
