The Opportunity:

Will move your career forward as you will be instrumental in hiring of top talent for top MKS initiatives! As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be joining an established team to deliver for our customers, but also excel as a recruiting professional. This position will play a critical role for; End to End Talent Delivery (passive and active recruitment), Hiring Advisement, and building out a World Class TA Organization.

Key responsibilities are:

  • Keeping a customer centric mindset when managing your schedule, desk and deliverables
  • Serving as a talent advisor to report and recommend effective strategies for hiring Sales and Service based professionals
  • You will manage a full cycle recruiting processes including:  Intake and Advisement Meetings, Targeted Recruiting, Candidate Funnel Management, Customer Update Meetings and guide businesses on competitive offers
  • You will be challenged to identify candidates from multiple non-applicant channels, providing an inclusive slate of candidates and pipeline top talent into your and MKS’ network
  • Support the development of TA programs and identify recommendations to continuously improve the recruitment processes, including tools to ensure optimal performance
  • Partner and build strong internal relationships with your TA peers, HR, Total Rewards, and internal business units.


What to bring to the team, along with your curiosity:

  • Bachelor’s degree is minimum and industry certifications are a plus
  • Minimum of 5+ years in an end-to-end recruiting model
  • Must have experience recruiting in Sales functions
  • Additional experience as a Recruitment Generalist is a plus
  • Must have Sourcing/Agency/Passive Hunting experience
  • ATS Experience is required, (Workday is preferred)
  • Talent Intelligence or Market Labor tools are a plus
  • Experience managing both volume and specialized searches and hiring relationships
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills throughout the full cycle recruiting process are necessary in this role

This position is a remote opportunity. We are not offering relocation at this time.

  • In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (EPEWA): 
  • Salary Pay Range: $113,000- $125,000 per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the salary range for this position, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law.   
  • Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
