About The Role

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team, help deliver successful VR/AR projects, and ensure a positive experience for our clients. Responsibilities will involve communicating between Lucid Dream clients and internal teams, coordinating times and dates for meetings, keeping projects on schedule, and relaying any issues with timelines or budgets to the project manager.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable supporting multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving and exciting environment. Superb project coordination skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential.

What You’ll Do

• Work with project leads to create and update detailed production schedules and timelines
• Communicate with clients regarding deadlines, next steps, and meeting scheduling
• Take detailed notes from internal and external project meetings and share with relevant parties
• Capture and prioritize client feedback into detailed task lists, ensuring follow-through and completion
• Monitor project progress and work hours compared to budgets
• Participate in weekly project management and planning meetings
• Monitor development capacity and flag upcoming capacity bottlenecks
• Support client training engagements, hardware deployment logistics, and ongoing tech support / troubleshooting
• Support testing and quality assurance efforts prior to final project delivery
• Embody Lucid Dream values with team members and clients
  

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• 2-4+ years of relevant work experience
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Experience working with project timelines, gantt charts, and capacity planning
• Highly organized, with proven ability to manage projects with technical deliverables
• Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask
• Professional and proactive work ethic
• Proficiency with the Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar) a plus
• Experience in life science marketing and / or training, or life science agencies a plus
• Familiarity with video game development or Virtual Reality are a plus
