TheContent & Partnerships team is responsible for the design, development, and execution of strategic initiatives, with a focus on driving product innovation, content creativity, and audience growth.. The AR Platform Partnerships team’s vision is to grow Snap’s AR ecosystem by attracting, engaging, and supporting developers and ensuring that they are successfully building AR with Lens Studio.The team helps protect the long-term health of this ecosystem by constantly balancing the interests of AR creators and developers, our platform products like Camera Kit, consumers, content creators, and Snap.

We’re looking for an AR Partnerships Manager to join Snap Inc! As a member of the AR Platform Partnerships team, you will manage the executions and delivery of AR partnerships that impact Snap’s growth in priority regions for international growth. You’ll collaborate with our internal Lens team, AR Business, Camera Platform, Product Revenue, Strategy, and Snap Lab to bring business value through AR technology initiatives with partners.
  • What you’ll do:
    • Handle partnership agreements and success management of partners who will help Snap grow in priority regions for international growth
    • Evangelize Snap AR and our innovation efforts inside of highly skilled agencies and companies around the world
    • Work cross functionally at Snap to bring partners early access to tech and features by effectively communicating and managing the relationship with select partners
    • Work cross functionally with keys stakeholders to diligence highly skilled creators, teams, and agencies for potential investments
    • Develop strategies to manage the production timelines of external partners working with Snap on delivering Lenses in priority growth regions
    • Analyze and report on the impact of partnerships and business relationships with a critical and creative mindset
    • Help create systems to ensure these partners are generating business value through AR technology initiatives
    • Develop and manage relationships with technical and creative leaders and influencers within key industry segments
    • Manage information flows and act as a subject matter expert to external partners and monitor the success of partners working with Snap’s AR ecosystem
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
    • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external partners
    • Strong analytical skills which allow for creative methods to achieve results and solve problems cross functionally
    • Passion for the latest VR/AR/MR/Visual Compute technologies
    • Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a fast-moving environment
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail
    • Excellent people and resource management skills
    • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • BS/BA degree in a relevant field of study, or equivalent work experience
    • 5+ years of experience in relationship management
    • 5+ years of experience working with finance and legal teams on corporate contracts
    • 3+ years of experience with immersive production timelines and operations
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Past entrepreneurial experience is a plus
