The Strategy & Content team is responsible for the design, development, and execution of strategic initiatives, with a focus on driving product innovation, content creativity, and audience growth. TThe AR Platform Partnerships team’s vision is to grow Snap’s AR ecosystem by attracting, engaging, and supporting developers and ensuring that they are successfully building AR with Lens Studio. The team helps protect the long-term health of this ecosystem by constantly balancing the interests of AR creators and developers, our platform products like Camera Kit, content consumers, content creators, and Snap.

We’re looking for a Head of Education, Learning and Training to join Snap Inc!

What You’ll Do

• Work with senior stakeholders and executive leadership to maintain alignment of Snap’s ELT strategy
• Primary liaison for ELT management reporting and coordination with cross-functional teams’ leadership to ensure we are creating ELT systems that scale to all of our Platform Products
• Develop and manage relationships to maximize our education opportunities to grow Snap’s AR Ecosystem and adoption of Lens Studio
• Work with cross functional teams to organize our Lens Studio documentation and self-paced learning materials into industry-standard structures
• Help create and maintain systems to create cross-platform educational material that helps upskill the AR creator and developer ecosystem with Lens Studio
• Develop AR specific curriculum and courses for universities and educational institutions
• Analyze and report on the impact of education partnerships relationships with a critical and creative mindset
• Manage information flows and act as a subject matter expert to education institutions and monitor the success of advancing developers working with Snap’s AR ecosystem
  

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external partners
• Passion for the latest VR/AR/MR/Visual Compute technologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail
• Agile mindset and ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a fast-moving environment
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills which allow for creative methods to achieve results and solve problems cross functionally
• Expert people and resource management skills
  

Minimum Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in a relevant field or equivalent years of experience
• 10+ years experience and a proven track record designing and delivering new, or relaunching existing, ELT initiatives and company or division-wide ELT strategies
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with industry leaders in AR real-time 3D, or technical graphics
