We are looking for an exceptional Senior Manager, Supplier Lean Development to lead our west coast supplier transformation initiative. In this role you will:


  • Take a leadership role on championing supplier lean initiative
  • Run lean/continuous events at suppliers, in order to improvement capacity, quality, cost, on-time delivery, yield and other metrics.
  • Collaborate and build rapport with the Global Supply Chain (GSC) management team and supply base
  • Showcase your excellent presentation skills and ability to provide sound lean advice to our suppliers
  • Provide classroom and on-the-job lean training to Buyers and Commodity Managers
  • Lead cross function team to complete rapid lean assessment at supplier sites, identify opportunities, provide recommendations, create lean roadmaps, and bring in partner consultants to provide training and lean implementation guidance
  • Have the charisma and experience to influence the suppliers to start lean transformation journey
  • Be able to travel up to 25% of the time, including internationally

What will you bring to the team, along with your creativity and leadership:


  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or Engineering
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent
  • 10+ years of lean transformation experience
  • 7+ years of experience working in a complex supply chain organization
  • Experience working across multifunctional and multicultural global teams
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills for building supporting networks
  • Interpersonal and leadership skills with executive-level presentation proficiency


This role offers a hybrid work option for days remote and onsite.
