Expected compensation: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

HireArt is helping the world’s largest social network hire an Executive Assistant and Contract Administrator to perform a wide variety of administrative duties supporting its Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality (AR/VR) marketing legal team.

As An Executive Assistant And Contract Administrator, You Will
  • Finalize and route contracts for signatures.
  • Maintain templates and trackers.
  • Perform project management tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Associate’s degree
  • 4+ years administrative experience
  • 1+ years demonstrated experience managing the administered side of contracts
  • Demonstrated experience with large volume of content that needs to be pushed through processes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, and Sharepoint) and Google tools (i.e. G:drive, G:doc, and Google Sites)
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented
  • Ability to efficiently multitask
  • Organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to collaborate well with others
  • “No job is too small” mentality and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to help
  • Paralegal experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated proficiency learning and using internal tools where you have worked is a plus
Commitment:This is a part-time (30 hours per week), 12-month contract position (with the potential for extension to 40 hours per week toward the end of the year) staffed via HireArt. It will be fully remote until offices reopen and is available to candidates local to Burlingame, CA.
