You are:

A platform software & platform lead you need to have professional experience in working across the digital platform design and transformation. You are high energy and have a passion for solving complex problems and driving at speed to value. You are constantly seeking new ideas to bring to our clients. As a lead, you are an expert at defining the future state of the industry and developing a path to enable our clients to get there. You consider yourself to be very adept at establishing and nurturing client relationships and are equally capable of applying those interpersonal skills to develop and maximize the talents of your team members. You are flexible and adaptable to client’s needs and the ever-changing industry and broader business landscape. These skills enable you to thrive on a wide range of engagements that help your clients set and achieve their strategic and operational objectives.

  • Partner with clients across the Software & Platforms industry to understand business imperatives and translate into Transformational Programs

  • Lead teams through Transformation Programs including all aspects of People, Process, Change & Technology, with a focus on tight stakeholder engagement

  • Understand Accenture Industry X Capabilities & Priorities

  • Create and share thought leadership and cross-industry perspective with Software & Platform clients

  • Initiate relationships and build trust with clients to raise Accenture’s profile as a long-term trusted advisor and partner

  • Manage responses to RFPs and support business development efforts

  • Devise and revise statements of work, which should include accurate time and cost estimates

  • Meet with clients to refine and evaluate requirements, strategy and content need

  • Running industry events, managing the ecosystem of partners and generating opportunities.

  • Serve as a People Lead, mentoring members of the Strategy Software & Platform team and groom them for more responsibility

  • Growing business for Accenture Industry X in NA and build a team to support & take the leadership in NE markets.

  • Here’s what you need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Minimum of 10 years’ professional experience consulting for or working in the Software, Platforms, and Media industry; or

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience at a consulting firm

  • As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $200,000-$205,999and information on benefits offered is here.
