As an Associate Client Partner, you will be the frontline for an industry-leading immersive content production studio & agency. You’ll be responsible for a number of tasks centered around projects using a variety of new media technologies, including AR, VR, 360/180 video and much more.
What you will do:
- Be responsible for organizing and managing all incoming leads
- Create client briefs and work with the client to fill them out
- Act as liaison between clients and internal teams for business executions
- Understand client needs and identify new business opportunities
- Provide client consultations about company services
- Familiar with new media technologies, such as AR/VR development, immersive video production, and interactive development
- Build positive and productive relationships with clients
- Address customer concerns and queries in a timely and accurate manner
- Respond to agency briefs and RFPs
- Work with our creative team and tech leads to ensure feasibility, execution, along with meeting client expectations
- A good listener & a communicator
- Someone who enjoys problem-solving
- A self starter with a passion for technology and strategy
- Have experience using Hubspot, Salesforce, or similar applications
- Experience with technologies such as AR, VR, MR, 360 video, and interactive web design is a plus
- Agency or production studio experience is a plus
