Senior-level Position
As a Client Partner, you will develop & grow client relationships and oversee projects for an industry-leading immersive content studio. You’ll be responsible for a number of tasks centered around account management and immersive strategy. Serving as the driving force behind the solutions we ultimately offer our clients.
What you will do:
- Understand client business needs and identify how we can be of service to them
- Provide client consultations about company services and educate clients on new technologies
- Build positive and productive relationships with clients
- Develop new business opportunities with current and existing clients to achieve quarterly revenue goals
- Act as liaison between clients and internal teams for business executions
- Negotiate business contracts and costs with customers as needed
- Assess potential business risks and develop mitigation plans
- Address customer concerns and queries in a timely and accurate manner
- Respond to agency briefs and RFPs
- Help quote, bid-out, and scope projects; from proposal to SOW
- Work with our creative team and tech leads to ensure feasibility, execution, along with meeting client expectations
- A good listener & a communicator
- Someone who enjoys problem-solving
- A self-starter with a passion for technology and strategy
- Have experience using Hubspot, Salesforce, or similar applications
- Experience with technologies such as AR, VR, MR, 360 video, and interactive web design is a plus
- Agency or production studio experience is a plus
