Responsibilities
- Work with Product Managers , Business Stakeholders , Engineering Managers and other cross functional team members to drive strategic and tactical initiatives in the Supply Chain and Order Management space for Facebook’s AR/VR systems
- Configure, setup and update applications in both Fusion Cloud or other in-house software solutions
- Support efficient operation of the Facebook Reality Labs(FRL) production business systems
- Influence enhancements and new projects to improve the product and end user experience
- Understand available software solutions in the market (ex: Oracle Fusion) ,OM data model, write complex SQL queries and perform data analysis to discover and fix underlying causes of bugs
- Design and implement best in class processes in Oracle Fusion and internal applications to support business needs
- Help create and maintain Roadmap for products/processes for Supply Chain
- Provide expertise from a process perspective and help business design end-to-end processes
- Communicate effectively with internal customers, enabling informed decision making within the team
- Track key application metrics, drives insights and builds dashboards to measure results against goals
- Identify risks within the business function, Deliver clear documentation, and work directly with vendor support for escalations
- Analyze issues of moderate complexity
- addressing configuration, implementation, and function or process fails
- Develop and maintain a well-coordinated internal relationship with key decision makers and with the wider enterprise engineering organization
- Lead/Support all business readiness activities including end user training, product testing and roll-outs
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years experience working on Oracle EBS and Fusion in SCM Modules (OM, Purchasing and Inventory)
- Understanding of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Issue to Resolution, Accounting processes
- 2+ years of experience working on data models with hands on SQL experience to write queries and perform data analysis
- 1+ years of experience designing applications and creating examples through wireframes and mockups
- Communication skills to gather business requirements, negotiate and communicate solutions with business stakeholdersholders
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Supply Chain or related field
- Experience understanding business logic
- Experience in understanding code bases, including API design techniques
- Experience working on Financial Modules (GL, AR, AP)
