Job Description

We are hiring remote Technical, Gaming, IT, AI, AR/VR Recruiters. Your positions will encompass a wide-wide range of technologies that include Java, Angular, Spring, NodeJS, Go, ReactJS, AWS, and more. As a member of our Talent Acquisition Team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for external positions with our clients as well as internal openings.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


Attract top talent via creative sourcing across multiple platforms and networking events.

Manage full lifecycle recruiting process while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Partner with internal and external leadership to understand potential road blocks and effective strategies that will be used to find and land top talent in a timely fashion.

Attract in-demand Software Engineers, gameplay engineers, IT architects and so on, through creative sourcing techniques.


REQUIRED SKILLS:


5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with the ability to source, land and recruit top talent in multiple verticals.

Must have a successful track record of engaging, recruiting and selling your companies values, mission and goals.

Must thrive and enjoy working in a fast pace environment.

DESIRED SKILLS:

Must come from an environment where the phone is your most prize possession.

Must be used to making 50+ calls per day.

Must be used to interviewing 3-5 candidates per day.

Must be able to source information that can and will be used to influence your search results in a positive manor.

Must be passionate about self improvement and helping others achieve success.
