Associate Designer

About this Role
- You'll get to work with senior designers to develop wireframes, prototypes and visual mocks that meet design requirements for both iOS and Android
- Able to receive feedback and pivot designs in a fast paced environment
- Strong application of visual design with UX best practices
- Create and optimize pixel perfect UI assets for developers
Bonus (Nice to have)
- Prior design internships (or school project experience!)
- Knowledge of UI/UX for gaming and social

About Krikey:
Krikey is an Augmented Reality gaming app that is live on iOS and Android. Krikey just closed their Series A round, led by India’s largest telecom operator, Reliance Jio. Krikey has partnered with Google Maps, The Ellen DeGeneres Wildlife Foundation, Sony Pictures Entertainment and the National Audubon Society, building custom AR games for each brand partner. In 2020, Krikey launched their first action-adventure game, Yaatra.
Krikey was founded by sisters (Jhanvi and Ketaki) in 2017. They have previously worked at YouTube, Facebook's Oculus and Google X. Jhanvi holds a BA, MBA from Stanford and an MFA from USC, and Ketaki holds a BA, MA, and PhD from Stanford (in virtual reality and game development). Ketaki was named to the Forbes 30 under 30 list for gaming in 2020. Krikey was named to the Fast Company list of Best Apps and Games of 2020.
