General Summary

• Power/Thermal Software products team at Qualcomm to achieve industry leading Power/Thermal/Limit SW management solution on Qualcomm Compute, Mobile, Automotive, IoT and AR/VR chipsets.
• In this position, the candidate will be working with cross functional teams on Power & Thermal testing/measurements for compute products, need to develop tools and methodologies to improve the power/thermal profiling
• In addition, the candidate will be responsible for analyzing the Power/Thermal testing features, designing test parameters, creating customized quality checks, and writing up final test procedures for the quality technicians.
• Familiarity on Testing procedure, handling the HW, manual/Automation testing.
• Good Problem Solving Skills, Ability to troubleshoot the HW setup issues and think out of the box.
• Diploma/BSC in electronics , Bachelor's degree in Engineering Electronics or related field.
• 1+ years' experience with Programming Language such as Manual/Automation Testing, Python, etc.
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Frequently transports between offices, buildings, and campuses up to ½ mile.
• Frequently transports and installs equipment up to 5 lbs.
• Performs required tasks at various heights (e.g., standing or sitting).
• Monitors and utilizes computers and test equipment for more than 6 hours a day.
• Continuous communication which includes the comprehension of information with colleagues, customers, and vendors both in person and remotely.
