We are looking for an exceptional Key Accounts Director who can…


Take ownership for the strategy, planning and execution of direct sales and service tied to select Key Accounts.  You are one who embraces a team environment and helps lead and contribute to our strategic growth initiatives.

  • Engage with Product Line Managers across entire Divisional portfolio to review and align on go to market strategy in order to achieve the targeted profitable growth expectations
  • Establish and deploy incremental year-over-year tactical growth strategy plan by Key Account and tie this back to the Plan of Record (PoR) Report monthly and quarterly on the performance status by Key Account, design wins, bookings, opportunities
  • Coach Key Account team members on Prospecting and Account penetration activities, build a solid pipeline and team.
  • Provide input to General Managers on pricing strategies to optimize company profit and growth share.
  • Maintain relationship with influential stakeholders at assigned Key Accounts.
  • Take accountability for customers’ deliveries, collaborating with CSR, Operations and logistic to meet customer expectations


What will you bring to the team, along with your curiosity and ambition:


  • Track record of driving profitable top-line growth throughout industry cycles along with the ability to generate results within a matrix organization structure
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills to identify causes, gather and process relevant information, make recommendations, and/or resolve the problem
  • Prior experience in Laser and Photonics technology, Micro Processing, and/or Semiconductor markets strongly preferred**
  • 10+ years of sales management experience in technical sales and service
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical/related field required; Master’s degree preferred
  • Ability to travel 25-30%
